PRODUCTS SALE AND CONDITIONS BFT
•“The Seller fulfils the obligation to provide information on the Products with technical cards attached to the product for sale, only finished items, not spare parts.
•It is the responsibility of the Buyer, who acknowledges the essentiality of this obligation to be in possession of the qualifications necessary for correct and safe use of the Products BFT being the destination of use only for professionals in the field as established pursuant to D.M. 37/2008
•In the case of a private user, the purchase accepts the conditions cited, in view of the technical characteristics that distinguish the products BFT related safety requirements.
•The private buyer does not have the technical skills for the natural destination of products BFT can generate potentially dangerous situations, for so long the installation can be carried out only through professional installers not being compatible with the type of products a use “do it yourself”.being professional products for use only for professional users
•The professional/technical installer specializing in the possession of adequate skills to ensure proper installation of the product, will have to issue a tax document to the customer indicating the actual installation of the product BFT.
• If not, the private customer who does not comply with the above requests in case of potentially dangerous situations created by him cannot avail himself of the guarantee of the products BFT which require professional technical skills.
