Right to Retreat
In accordance with Italian law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide explanations and without penalty, unless it falls within the exceptions provided for in Article 59 of the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005). To exercise this right, the customer must send a written communication by registered A/R to the company’s address Matic Line, or via email to info@maticlinestore.it.
You can request the return of any item within 30 days of the issue of the sales tax document, but for the right of withdrawal without penalty the 14 days are binding. Items must be intact, without tampering and/or wear, and include the original packaging and any manuals.

Repayments
After receiving and verifying the integrity and originality of the product, we will proceed to the total refund (excluding shipping costs) through the payment method used. The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days. If you do not receive a refund within the time specified, please send an email to our Customer Service at info@maticlinestore.it.

Note: Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
All products purchased are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date shown on the sales tax. Before sending us the product for warranty replacement or repair, make sure it is without tampering or damage not covered by the warranty. Expenditure for disassembly and reassembly, transport and plant stop are excluded from the guarantee. As soon as we have received the material, we will repair or replace it with an identical or equivalent product. Transport costs for return to the customer will be borne by Matic Line.

Controversies and Complex Forum
For any dispute, Italian laws apply. The competent forum is exclusively that of Terni, according to the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code.
